Dr. Susan's family estate near the Château de Chantilly - a hybrid family enclave and culturally significant site. Goal: a self-sustaining Center Chantilly.
Who is it for: for historians, art lovers, horse lovers, car aficionados, horticulture enthusiasts, sustainability advocates, and scholars
Presented by Joanna Elliott and Sonya Denyse

Acquired ~50 years ago to "bring culture to LA and preserve culture in France." Surrounded by art, manuscripts, gardens, the world's largest horse stable, polo, steeplechase, car shows, and flower shows.
The Center will honor her parents' legacy and reach an American audience, without becoming "a ball and chain." The goal is $6-8 million a year (6 years) for the building with $50 million for endowment.
